Muri

This tasting box gives you the perfect introduction to Muri, which is a non-alcoholic drink in its own right, but can also be enjoyed as an alternative to wine. Muri originates from the gastronomic community in Copenhagen and mixes a wide range of fermentations with other ingredients, while at the same time using culinary techniques to achieve a balance between elements such as acidity, tannin, body and structure.
