Céline & Laurent Tripoz established their domaine in 1986 but started out selling their grapes to the local cooperative until making their first vintage in 1990. Very early in the process the couple became convinced about how to work the vineyards and have since the late 90s been certified organic as well as biodynamic. In the cellar the same virtues are implemented, which is only possible based on the meticulous work that is carried out in the vineyards: spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, zero added sulphur as well as no dosage in their Crémant. Céline & Laurent Tripoz’ wines are pure, unmanipulated and crisp while showing a surprising freshness and minerality, which often leads you to think of appellations further north in Burgundy.
