Damien Bureau


Damien Bureau made a small beginning when he got his first plot in Anjou in 2006. Today, he cultivates about three hectares, which he believes is the perfect size when you are a perfectionist and want to do all the work in the vineyard yourself. Damien Bureau cultivates his vines meticulously and works almost fanatically in the cellar without the use of cultured yeast, fining, filtration or added sulphur.
