La Haubette is a private label created by one of Sancerre’s most respected producers, working biodynamically and with a fully regenerative approach. The philosophy centers on living soils, biodiversity, and minimal intervention – all to highlight the purest expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.
In the vineyard organic, biodynamic and regenerative practices are combined. Old vines, high plant density, and limestone-rich south-facing slopes yield grapes with intensity, tension and precision.
In the cellar, only wild yeasts and gentle, low-intervention methods are used. No oak aging – allowing the limestone character, freshness and minerality to shine clearly and undisturbed.
The 2023 Sancerre Blanc is clean, stony and aromatic showing citrus, white fruit and a crisp, mineral finish. It is an elegant and sure-handed Sancerre that unites terroir, sustainability and craftsmanship at the highest level.
