Franck Bonville
Franck Bonville is a Champagne domaine located in Avize which is today managed by third-generation winemaker Olivier Bonville. The grapes come from the family’s own Grand Cru vineyards spread over 15 hectares in Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger. The house was founded in 1926, but the family only started bottling wine under their own name after the end of World War II.
The vinification takes place in steel tanks, and all wines undergo malolactic fermentation followed by bottle ageing on the lees for 2½-4 years depending on the cuvée. Dosage is generally between 5-8 grams. Franck Bonville creates a range of smooth, classic and elegant Champagnes with a high degree of fruitiness and minerality.

Below are our suggestions for wines that are not necessary similar, but stylistically fits some of the same markers as the wine you are currently looking at. For each of the producers we work with, we have tried to answer the question: "If you like the wines from this producer, which other wines from our portfolio would be something you would enjoy?".
