Prices

Reservations are made for any errors in stated prices as well as sold-out products. Furthermore, LIEU-DIT ApS reserves the right to change prices without prior consent.ret til at ændre i priserne uden forudgående samtykke.

Payment

VISA-Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and MobilePay are accepted as means of payment. A payment will only be deducted from your account when the product is shipped. All amounts are in either Danish kroner or EURO and include 25% VAT.

Right of complaint

A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to faults or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must file your complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. Returns are not accepted as cash on delivery.

Refunds

In the case of a refund, please enclose all relevant bank information for the agreed amount to be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per mail or another electronic form as it does not constitute sensitive information and will only be used for making the refund.

Return policy

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, beverages are not covered by the right of return. However, LIEU-DIT ApS has chosen to provide an extra service of giving our customers a 14-day right of exchange from the time a customer receives the wine. You can choose to exchange your purchase for another wine from LIEU-DIT ApS or get your money back, excluding all delivery costs.

If you want to return a product, an agreement must be made concerning this in advance. You must return your order without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs of returning the product, and you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.

When returning a product, you are responsible for the product being packed properly. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivering the product to the carrier until we have received it. The returned wine must be in the same condition as when delivered to you.

Wines sold as advance sales are not accepted as return orders or offered to be exchanged for another wine. You cannot regret an order by simply refusing to receive the delivery. We do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.

Age restriction on the sale of alcohol

According to Danish law, customers must be at least 18 years old to buy alcohol over 16.5% ABV. For the purchase of alcohol below 16.5% ABV, the person must be 16 years of age or older. LIEU-DIT ApS only sells wine and spirits to persons over 18 years of age, and you will be asked to confirm your legal age before a purchase can be completed on this website. We further reserve the right to request a valid photo ID as age documentation in case of doubt.

Avenues of complaint

If you have a complaint about a product or a service, this can be submitted to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution and the Consumer Complaints Board.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can indicate your complaint to the EU Commission’s online complaint platform.
