Mas Candí
Mas Candí consist of Ramon Jane Garriga and Toni Carbó from Celler la Salada, who make unmanipulated, unpretentious and extremely refreshing wines of a convincingly high quality.
Since we started working with Mas Candí around 2015, Ramon has really started following his heart making wines that he prefers to drink, rather than what the market dictates. In an area where large-scale production of Cava is the norm, Mas Candí is one of the few small producers who insists on conscientious work in the vineyard and vinification without cultured yeasts, fining or filtration and in most cases no added sulphur.
