This document describes how LIEU-DIT ApS (“LIEU-DIT ApS”, “us”, “our”, “we”) collect and process information about you on our website, www.lieu-dit.dk (”the website”).
We only collect personal data when this is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activities at LIEU-DIT ApS.
We will only store your personal data if we are either subject to a legal obligation to do so, or if it is relevant for the purpose of which it was collected.
The data controller for the collection, processing and use of your personal information on this website is LIEU-DIT ApS.
If you wish to make a purchase and receive a product or a service from us, we need to collect certain personal data to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.
LIEU-DIT ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:
– Create an account on our website
– Complete a purchase of our products
– Sign up for our mailing list for trade tastings (for wholesale customers only)
– Sign up for our mailing list with updates on new products from a producer
We only register information that you provide yourself, e.g., your name, address, telephone number, email address, payment method, which products you buy, your choice of delivery or other remarks, as well as information about the IP address from which you make your order.
The purpose is to be able to deliver the products you have ordered and in general fulfil our agreement with you, including being able to manage your right of complaint. We may also use the information to create targeted marketing (e.g., retargeting on Facebook / Instagram and Google). We also process information about your purchase to comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting. When making a purchase your IP address is registered to be able to prevent fraud.
The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to make a purchase on our website.
We collect your general contact information such as name and address to deliver the product that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
Your information regarding name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and choice of delivery will be passed on to the carrier who delivers the purchased products to you.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, credit card information and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and stored for payments settlement and fulfilment of the agreement concluded. Upon completion of payments, some of your data will be passed on to QuickPay, including necessary information to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount or billing information.
If you have specifically requested it on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out e-mails with updates about new trade tastings (for wholesale customers) or updates on new products from producers (for private and wholesale customers). You can sign up for and unsubscribe from these mailing lists at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. All emails also contain a link to unsubscribe.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We use external partners for the technical operation of the website and the provision of services in connection with the use of the site. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data when delivering services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than to fulfil their agreement with us. They are also subject to the confidentiality of this data. Written data processor agreements have been concluded with all data processors who handle personal data on our behalf.
Our website is hosted by Pinecode ApS. Pinecode ApS has access to the personal data that you provide on our website to the extent that this is necessary for the website’s functionality and to be able to implement services that the user has specifically requested.
Pinecode ApS has entered into a sub-data processor agreement with QuickPay with the aim of ensuring the functionality of the payment module. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored exclusively for payments settlement and fulfilment of the agreement concluded and is NOT stored on Pinecode ApS’ servers after the completion of the transaction.
If consent has been given, Pinecode ApS and The Rocket Science Group (Mailchimp) also stores e-mail addresses of customers to send out emails with updates on new products from producers.
Customer information used in connection with the creation and processing of orders, which is subsequently stored to comply with legal requirements for bookkeeping and accounting (including name, address, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and purchase history) is stored on servers at Support-IT Network A/S.
Our website uses Google Analytics, and we reserve the right to make use of personal data to create targeted marketing on Facebook/Instagram. Both Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Facebook Inc. is established in the United States. Appropriate safeguards for data transfers to the United States is secured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Personal Data Regulation Article 45.

When being registered, you have several rights, which we must always ensure are fulfilled. You have the right to request the following from us:
– To get access to and to correct your personal data
– To have your personal data deleted
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency at any time regarding our processing of your personal data. Complaints can be submitted via a form to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
If you no longer want us to store or process your personal information or for us to limit the processing of your personal information, you can send a request to [email protected].
Collected data in connection with your subscription to our email lists will be deleted when your consent to receive emails via lists is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.
Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the website will in principle be deleted three years after the end of the calendar year, in which you have made your purchase. However, information can be stored for longer, if we have a legitimate need to extend this period, e.g., if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted, or defended or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements or to process complaints. Accounting records are stored for five years to meet the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
We have implemented necessary security measures to ensure that personal information does not come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons or is exploited. This applies to both personal data in electronic and physical form.
Only employees who need to access your personal data to perform their duties are given access to it.
