Corvagialla is an ancient name for the area surrounding Lubriano in Lazio with its beautiful mountain landscapes. In 2007, Beatrice Arweilers chose this to be the name of her domaine, which is located not far east of Lake Bolsena.

The work is first and foremost carried out in respect for nature and is based on biodynamic principles in the vineyard without the use of chemistry, just as the harvest is done by hand. The soil is volcanic and rich in iron and minerals. Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Grechetto d’Umbria, Trebbiano and Vermentino are planted here, and Corvagialla is also a diverse farm with olive trees, a vegetable garden and fruit trees, chickens, geese, goats and donkeys.

In the cellar, the wine ferments spontaneously, and only naturally occurring yeast is used, while filtration, enzymes and sulphur are banned.
